Below are examples of work I have done using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. Working on these taught me fundamental design skills and how to organize so the information is presented is neat and in an order that makes sense to the reader. These also expanded my knowledge of Photoshop as I had to remove the background from each image so that the image looks natural on the black or purple background. This is a brochure I produced myself to advertise to potential and future students of High Point University the benefits of a university passport card. A passport card is essential to daily life living on campus and is something that every student has and carries with them. The purpose is to educate to new students and people on the edge about coming here why they are so crucial to campus life but also how convenient they are and how they make your life easier living on campus. High Point University is a cash free campus so the passport is used to pay for almost everything on campus but also is supported at many off campus locations so you don’t have to worry about carrying other credit cards or having cash on you since you can just manage all your funds on one account. The primary purpose is to inform students of why coming to High Point University is one of the best decisions they can make. 

This is another brochure I produced that is designed to promote and sell readers on a season ticket package for the Philadelphia Phillies. I want the reader to get excited about the baseball season and learn why they don’t want to miss a second of the action this coming season. It provides information on the benefits of a season ticket package and why you want to invest in it rather than buying single games seats throughout the season. It has the appropriate colors for the Phillies, which allows it to stick out and grab the attention of any potential reader as they are distinguishable and bright colors. It includes pictures of exciting players the Phillies have on their roster, many of which are consistently voted to be all stars and are some of the most fun players to watch in league. It is targeted at males in their mid 20s and above who have a steady job and are able to invest in a season ticket plan. The Phillies are one of the best teams in all of baseball and the World Series logo helps to remind the reader they that have won it all and are primed to win again so there is no better time to get a plan than now.
